Control Process :

Whatever the manufactured product at INDUVER, it is subject to scrutiny plan and a set of controls (specific or generic) which characterize all controls used and the obstacles expected at each stage of the process, including:

· Receiving controls.
· Sampling during fabrication.
· Validation of start-up series (3D control).
· Final control.

Control Laboratory :

The INDUVER control laboratory consists of a Quality Control Laboratory outfitted with the most sophisticated equipments in terms of glass quality control.

INDUVER can run and carry out different tests on products in order to insure their high mechanical performance and resistance to chocks when it comes to windscreens and side-window glasses. It also runs optical tests for detecting eventual optical distortions.

The Laboratory facilities help to run a whole set of required trials to comply with international standards, namely:

· To run boiling trials.
· To run PVB adherence trials.
· To run accelerated aging trials that help to test the resistance of product to climatic hindrances.

Based on these laboratory trials, INDUVER is able to meet the requirements of European regulations (CEE R 43) and American regulation (DOT).

Our commitment to continuous improvement of quality is aimed at zero defects.
